The V profile press fittings are made from thick-walled stainless steel produced by the Wegs factory, formed by a hydroforming machine to ensure the inner walls of the fittings are smooth and the wall thickness is uniform. This forming technology guarantees that WEGS V profile press fittings are safer and more durable for long-term use. The fittings undergo a bright annealing process to effectively eliminate stress corrosion that may occur during processing and restore the austenitic stainless steel microstructure. These equal coupling stainless steel double V profile press fittings are used to connect/butt weld pipes of the same nominal diameter at both ends.
Material: Typically made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, ensuring strong oxidation and acid-alkali corrosion resistance for long-term use.
Structure: Features the same diameter at both ends for seamless connection of equal-diameter pipes, with a V-profile press design. A food-grade, anti-aging O-ring is fitted in the V-groove to guarantee tight sealing.
Specifications: Nominal pressure ≤1.6MPa, applicable temperature -20℃~110℃, compatible with Φ15~Φ108 stainless steel welded pipes.
